What is Valk Exclusive Zakelijk and what is the difference with Valk Business?

Within the Van der Valk group, we have two legal entities, each of which represents its own group of hotels. Valk Exclusive business, represents the 39 branches that are affiliated with the Van der Valk Exclusive hotels. Valk Business represents the other locations.

Do you want a corporate agreement and do you want to use all Van der Valk locations and thus enjoy maximum national coverage? Then you have to contact both contract partners.

Where can I go to have my comment or complaint be heared?

For complaints, questions and / or uncertainties you can send an email to corporates@valk.com. We will ensure that the branch and / or person responsible for this will process your comment as quickly as possible.

Our company has an agreement with Van der Valk, how do I get access to the online reservation platform?

The contract manager within your organization can give you permission to create a personal account. This account can only be created with a business (unique) email address.

Do I get two different accounts when I have an agreement with both Valk Exclusive and Valk Business?

No, you can easily book everything with a personal account via one channel www.vandervalkcorporates.nl

I have a corporate account, how do I reserve a room?

You can easily book your rooms via the online booking platform www.vandervalkcorporates.nl. Can't figure it out? At the top right you will find the very accessible manuals.

Do I receive a booking confirmation?

Immediately after completing the reservation, the booker will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail.

The room portal shows some non-selectable data, what does this mean?

Our portal shows real-time availability of the contracted room types. If a date cannot be selected, the hotel is fully booked. You may contact the desired hotel directly to inquire about the availability of the non-contracted room types. The local rates apply for these rooms.

I have booked a room for today, but cannot cancel it. What should I do?

Rooms can be canceled free of charge up to the contracted cancellation period. If this period has already expired, it is not possible to cancel via our online booking platform. You must then immediately contact the relevant location. They will inform you about the cancellation costs.

I have a corporate account, how do I request a room?

You can easily request your room reservation via the online reservation platform www.vandervalkcorporates.nl. Can't figure it out? At the top right you will find the very accessible manuals. (Only applies to the Van der Valk Exclusive hotels)

Do I receive a request confirmation?

Immediately after completing the room request, the booker will receive a confirmation request by e-mail. You will be notified when the hotel has accepted or refused the request. You will receive a definitive quotation directly from the hotel upon acceptance.

I have a corporate account, do I have to book through this website?

The contracted rates can be booked soley via our online reservation platform www.vandervalkcorporates.nl.

I have a corporate account, can I change or cancel my reservations online?

Yes, this is possible by logging in to your account. The reservation overview gives you the option to cancel or change the reservations made.

I have a corporate account, can it also be used on hotel sites?

This is only possible at the Van der Valk Exclusive locations.

I have a corporate account, can I change my e-mail address?

Yes, you can change your e-mail address at "your details"
